1 / 2 cup kosher squirrel away

1 1 / 2 cup orange juice

8 boneless chicken breasts with grazing (about 5 oz each)

Water to cover

FARCE

8 ounces Boursin cheese with herbs of light

1 unite (3.5 oz) dried tomatoes (not packed in oil), chopped

1 / 2 cup basil leaves stuffed, coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Table salt and pepper to taste

Favorite all-purpose seasoning to taste

In a bowl massive, whisk together the juice of salt, sugar and orange. Shortening fats in bulk or excess skin from chicken, but leave the skin so that it fully covers the entire breast. Place the chicken in the bowl and of course in enough water to cover. Refrigerate 4 hours.
