I have a barbecue turkey question?
I have a gas grill and a bird crushing 15.5. I want to cook about 300 degrees, but I am sorry that the slow cooking allow bird "risk area" of the temperature of the meat too long. Can I cook this bird to 275-300? how envy will need in the barbecue at this temperature?
