With your George Foreman, do you grill with the cover on or off?

 Fair curious to see what is the best because I have seen both ...

 I always cover so the two sides of the larva, or vegetables or bread, cooked at once. Some of the most expensive models have a share in the broiler laying flat and keep it open, but if I go on the grill, it will be outside.
