What do you think of the Big Green Egg?

 Ive owned the BGE staggering couple years and the best grill / smoker I've ever had. Brats in Tandoori Portobello mushroom tart apples, even ... wonderful ... I wanted to see what owners of other BGE create it, all the inconveniences, my favorites on the grill ...

 We had a handful of BGE aa years now and I love it! We cook all the ribs, chest, and adjacent pork pizza, ready meals, bread, steak. Everything turns heads. Seriously, it is one of the best investments we have made. For more information, click here.

The Big Green Egg Smoker Vs. Other Barbeque Grills

If you're an extremist grill, you no longer tenable given the Big Green Egg smoker. There is a barbecue grill ceramic you can use as a barbecue, smoking and even a piece oven. Big Green Egg « Kayotic Kitchen

I have this big, goofy grin plastered all over my mask to be fair now. Why? Well, ever since Sylvia Witteman—a Dutch commons columnist/author—mentioned her Big Green Egg and how she was cooking on it every week, I’ve been intrigued. Really be told: I had to Google it back then. The only green eggs I knew were my own over-cooked eggs and I now brook like a overall dork for that! This item’s every foodie’s fancy. I should’ve known!

And here comes the kicker: Big Green Eggs  European importer, Wessel, was pudding enough to put one at my disposal. It was delivered to my door prehistoric this morning. After I laid eyes on it and wiped the drool off my chin, I obvious the chat BBQ doesn’t concealment the encumbrance. Heck, this is more like an alfresco oven! It’s fully dazzling and I cannot intermission to start using this child. For those of you who, like me, are not yet routine with the Big Green Egg concept, it’s a kamado-high style ceramic charcoal cooker that’s not only an fabulous grill, it also functions as a smoker and convection oven. Assume trust to me when I say it’s unequivalent to anything I’ve ever seen. So husky, well-trained, past master and ardent.
