Who makes Gas, Charcoal , Smoker combo with a load capacity under 50 pounds or so ?
I would find a gas grill with a high damage it and a grill, plus a box next to the charcoal or hardwood for smoking. I found all of them, but not a combination that no segment of the 3 at the same time. "Ebay is not the answer, please.
Weber does not affect a combo unit. I built one and it was fairly simple and have the plans. I'll be ready and willing to share with you.
