I have had the Napoleon Prestige II for a year as I needed to put back my condescend supremacy Char-Grill. I wasn’t unfailing if I wanted to lay out this much pelf on a new gas grill but I conclude from some high-mindedness reviews on this beau id and wanted to try out the infrared grilling. I’m very ready and willing I did. Another trend I like is the stainless inure construction because this sentiment is built to last. I don’t reflect on I will be replacing it in a pair years like the last few grills I owned.

As for the grilling interpretation, the IR burner does an marvellous job with steaks. I like to sear them for around 90 seconds per side and then move to the other burners on the grill.
