Can wood pellets be used in woodstove?

 I heard it was not possible with an insert that goes in the wood stove. Has anyone tried wood pellets for pellet stoves in their wood stove, even? If so, the heat as well as wood? Anyone know a limit of the source to buy an insert, if necessary? Thank you for any info!

The silo of the Amazon, the site of a former cement plant was erected in a few hours earlier this month by Envive LP, a Bethesda, Md., that manufactures wood pellets that are burned to produce energy.

The company plans to use it to store tens of thousands of tons of pellets by the end of this year, "said John Keppler, president and CEO of Envive.

The South African company with limited liability to use the waste from the manufacture of wood products - such as chips and sawdust - and the trees to convert into flat pellets.

"This is in many ways part of the energy future," says Keppler a host of charitable officials at a morning news conference Wednesday in the local environment. "And we're very excited to be part of this ".

Envive spent $ 18 million to complete the well in January and build its storage facility, said Elizabeth Woodworth, a spokeswoman for the actors.
